The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Sunday dismissed the petition against the premature closure of the restaurant as unacceptable.
According to 24News HD TV channel, LHC Justice Shahid Kareem delivered a reserved judgment on the restaurant association’s petition.
In a petition, the restaurant association challenged the government’s decision to close restaurants at 10 p.m.
During the hearing, Justice Shahid Karim remarked that it takes time to change the way of life because there is no place in the world where restaurants are open until late at night.
The LHC Justice also remarked in the hearing that there is no restaurant owner’s child who cannot be affected by climate change in Pakistan.
