The product in question was packaged by the Colosio Formaggi company, with the production instead being carried out by the Azienda Agricola La Bratta of Foresti Matteo. The manufacturing plant is located in via Vanzago 11, Paratico, in the province of Brescia. The identification mark is IT 03 562 CEwhile the one relating to the manufacturer is IT A5B65 CE.

The recall ordered by the Ministry of Health is based on the possible presence of Escherichia coli Stec in raw milk cheese.
