The big name in banking Revolut, pioneer in the fintech sector, which boasts over 30 million customers worldwide, is planning an IPO for 2025. The platform has become a key player in the fintech space, offering services such as currency exchange, cryptocurrency trading and stock investing, and has already faced regulatory challenges in several jurisdictions, including delays in obtaining a banking license in the UK.
The platform for remote meetings Discord is planning an IPO from 15 billion dollars in 2025. First known for its success in the gaming community, Discord has since expanded into different, broader markets such as remote work and education. However, the company will have to compete with strong competitors such as Slack and Microsoft Teams to demonstrate its ability to differentiate itself and maintain a user-centric approach.
Then there is Klarnaa leader in interest-free deferred payment systems (buy-now, pay-later), which has already presented an IPO in the USA and is aiming to go public in 2025. The company’s valuation, between 6.7 and 14.6 billion of dollars, is in line with market expectations. However, the BNPL sector is facing increasing scrutiny over consumer debt levels and regulatory oversight, especially in large markets such as the US and Europe.

Among the IPOs eligible for next year is that of Medline Industriesa major player in the medical supplies industry, is preparing for one of the largest IPOs in years. The company plans to raise over $5 billionaiming for one valuation of around 50 billion of dollars. With its broad product portfolio – from surgical instruments to infection control systems – Medline positions itself as a key supplier to hospitals and healthcare providers around the world.
CoreWeavean emerging company in the AI sector, manages a highly specialized cloud platform for sectors with high computational capacity. The company is aiming for one valuation exceeding 35 billion dollars in its public offering expected in 2025. The New Jersey-based company aims to raise over 3 billion dollars from the sale of shares. It could all start in the second quarter of 2025.
Netscopean innovator in cloud security, is planning a US IPO in the second half of 2025. The company specializes in Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) technologies, which are increasingly in demand due to the adoption of hybrid working models.
The Brazilian digital banking platform PicPay is planning an IPO on Nasdaq to access international capital markets. Among Latin America’s leading fintech players, the company has more than 65 million users and offers services ranging from peer-to-peer payments to credit products.
