A few hours or a few days are missing at the expiry of most of the admission calls for the degree courses of the health professions. 36,943 seats are available for 23 degree courses in health professions, with over 500 courses in 49 universities.
Many universities have already closed the calls. It is a map of the deadlines of the 41 public universities. The courses of Varese, Bologna and Modena Reggio, Turin, Salerno and Palermo already closed. From 25 August all other deadlines are scheduled, until September.
37 thousand seats available, half for nurses
It is a real call to the health profession. Almost 37,000 places were arranged for 23 health professions. Compared to 2024, all categories have received confirmations or increases in available places.
Only the courses of audiometrist technician, audioprotesian technician, orthopedic technician, employment therapist, neuro therapist and evolutionary psychomotor, and health assistant. The decline also for nurses, however, in the face of an always very high request. Even if in decline, however most of the places (55%) are up to them.
In fact, the health professions continue to be among the most coveted and also those with the most certain occupational outlets and in shorter times.
When the calls for health professions expire: calendar
If some deadlines have already been overcome, the calendar of the next one is still rich. The former expired on August 21, but there is time until 3 September for some courses in some universities.
The deadline calendar sees:
- Monday 25 August for Rome Sapienza, L’Aquila, Catania and Messina;
- Tuesday 26 August for Verona, Trento, Genoa, Pisa, Siena, Ancona, Catanzaro, Cosenza and Sassari;
- On Wednesday 27 August, Milan Bicocca, Udine and Ferrara close;
- Thursday 28 August the calls of Novara, Milan, Padua, Trieste, Perugia, Chieti, Naples Campania and Naples Federico II expire;
- Friday 29 August is the turn of Brescia, Parma, Florence and Bari;
- Saturday 30 August Cagliari;
- Sunday 31 August Naples Parthenope and Foggia;
- Monday 1 September closes Pavia;
- Tuesday 2 September Rome Tor Vergata and Lecce;
- Wednesday 3 September Campobasso.
Each university has published the number of places and deadlines of the admission calls. Attention to the cost of the registration fee for the exam, which is equal to an average of 52 euros, with a minimum of 26 euros up to a maximum of 100 euros.
Degree courses in health professions
For many, therefore, the time has already expired or is about to decide which degree course in the health professions to attend. The courses are divided into degree classes, namely:
- Nursing and obstetric professions;
- Rehabilitation professions;
- technical professions;
- Professions of prevention.
These contain a whole series of courses such as nursing, obstetrics, physiotherapy, speech therapy, podology, dietary, dental hygiene, orthopedic techniques, health care and osteopathy.
The average places in the courses for the health professions have increased, with some drops, but the interesting figure refers to the possible decreased questions due to the restricted period with which the openings and deadlines of the calls themselves were announced. A drop in admission applications of 3.8%is expected.
