The brand under control, present in Lidl supermarkets, has a white color with the Italian flag. The writing Italiamo is dark, with a gold frame. The rest of the label, where there are other names, is blue.

The recall, scheduled for July 10, 2024 regarding the product with an expiration date of 09/22/2024 (i.e. September 22, 2024), has a warning.

The note reads: “Possible microbiological contamination from Listeria mococytogenes. The warning is not to consume the products and to return the cheese to the point of purchase.

What are the risks of taking listeria?

The intake of food contaminated by Listeria monocytogenes, as we have already explained in the massive recall of over 100 products, it can have serious consequences for human health.
