Conad brand strolghino recall due to listeria risk: the affected batch

With the note of the 30 July the Ministry of Health (also present on thededicated app) has decided to recall the Strolghono salami (peeled vacuum-packed) of the brand owned by a supermarket. This is Flavours & surroundings Conad.

The manufacturer and the establishment identification mark is KNIGHT Umberto Boschi Spawhile the commercial name of the product is: from strolghino Vacuum-packed Peeled.

The plant is in via Aldo Moro 3/A – 43035 in Felino. To better identify the product under recall, you can check the accused batch. The ministry note indicates the lot: PF2418501.

The brand controlled by Conad, features yellow packaging with green diamonds. The writing Flavours & Surroundings – Conad It is white on a blue square.

As we have already seen for a salami withdrawn from supermarkets, it is the presence of Listeria to have triggered concerns about the health risk of consumers. The recall, scheduled for July 30, 2024 regarding products with an expiration date of 10/31/2024, has a warning.

In order to avoid any health risks, customers who are in possession of packages belonging to the production batch indicated above are invited to return them to the point of sale where they purchased them.
